What is the coaching methodology ?

Julia uses the proven GROW model in her coaching approach, which helps clients clearly define their goals, explore various options, develop concrete actions, and follow through with regular support.

She is following the methodology of the International Coach Federation (ICF), ensuring a structured and personalized approach that aligns with the client’s unique needs.

• If you are struggling with your applications : your CV, cover letters, linkedin profile will be checked and you will have the possibility to practice interviews in French and English.
• If you are unclear about what is your career plan, Julia is certified MBTI and STRONG, these are questionnaires you will be able to take to figure out what are the best options for you in terms of interests and personality.

Julia places strong emphasis on moving the coachee into action, helping them build confidence, identify their strengths, and take tangible steps toward achieving their objectives.
